Production

The company has a very modern production and storage facilities located in Brad, Bacau County, where the products are manufactured and packed.

We carry out on a regular basis a comprehensive control of the entire production process, starting with the selection and control of raw materials, to ensure the best quality for our finished products.

We have available a NIR equipment which we use to assess the nutritional quality of the raw materials and finished products. Physical analysis are also made on the finished products to assess the particle size profile and durability of the feed pellets. The factory is fully automatized which allows a full traceability of the production process, and guarantees high quality products.

Available equipment of the factory provide us with the possibility to produce feed in different physical presentation like mash, crumble and pellets and deliveries it in bulk, big bags or different size bags on pallets (5-25 kg).

The formulation department is using sophisticated formulations software and the newest animal nutrition knowledge to develop optimum feed formulas. The production process of the factory is certified ISO 9001 and HACCP 22000 by Lloyd’s Register.
